The original photo school of Boris Topolyansky was opened in 2008.

 

The courses comprise three independent levels:

 

- I level Photography Basics

- II level Creative photography

- III level Mastery

 

Photography Basics is the first basic level of the art of photography. It is developed for those who have taken the camera for the first time or those who lack experience and skills in using it. Graduates acquire comprehensive knowledge and skills that are enough to confidently work with the camera, understand how images are formed and be aware of the major activities of a photographer.

 

Creative photography is for those who want to take up artistic photography, who possess enough skills, are familiar with studio equipment and know the rules of art composition.

Main objectives:

- To deepen and advance photography skills.

- To develop personal artistic perception of the world.

The program includes additional courses on the theory and history of art and philosophy of photography. More attention is paid to the heritage of masters of photography; various master classes are arranged.

 

Mastery represents an educational course that continues and deepens the previous level: studying the works of the world’s great photographers, the theory and history of art.
